• We're testing out the hospital building being locked until your town is half a year old to boost the feeling that your town is evolving over time and because this building is so powerful. (The excuse for this is that it takes 6 months for your survivors to master wasteland medicine.) Did you implement this? If so then i got some bad news.... didn't work

The warning about the full warehouse is cool, (you know the but is coming don't ya ) but, it can take some time to build a storehouse or convert another building especially if you low on resources and having the warning pop up every 30 secs (game day) can get a tad irritating. Howsabout an initial warning like we already get, and then an icon of some sort on the screen edge until the problem is solved. To be honest you probably already got this sussed, but just an idea in case.

We took out the hospital being locked thing (it wasn't in the final patch notes) as recent balance changes made the hospital less overpowered anyway, which is a better approach that blocking off certain buildings I hope. The storehouse message does play too frequently, I agree. I'll see what we can do about it.

I'm new here, but I'd like to agree with OP about the Storehouse. If A large barn or Church is converted to storage, that should store a LOT more than a converted house does. Enough to last a colony a long time. I'm sure you'll work it out.
