We're a tiny team and we rely on our Early Access players to help us find the bugs we'd never stumble across on our own.
If you find a serious error with the game here’s how you can help us patch it for the next update:
1. If possible, save your game.
2. On the save game menu, you will see a blue button in the bottom right. Click on it. It will open a folder where the save games are stored.
3. Find the folder for the save you just made. Copy it, and paste it onto your desktop (or anywhere that is convenient.)
4. MOST IMPORTANT: Go back to the saved game folder and then go up one level, to the Far Road Games folder above it. There you will see a little text document called “output.log”.
5. Copy and paste that output.log file in the same place you put the save game. This file shows any errors that happened in the game and is vital to us fixing it.
6. Now please zip up the text file and your save. And then email them to us at info@farroadgames.com Please try to be as precise as possible about what you were doing when the problem occurred.
PS) Screenshots and videos help us find the problem massively, if you happen to have them as well.
Thanks to everybody who takes the 5 minutes to do this – you’re really helping us make the game better (plus you're helping us fix your annoying bug!)

Don't feel stupid. Feel awesome for sending us a save game and an output_log. We're looking into it now.

I have checked that file location and see no Output log? Do I not have enough hours played maybe for the game to have one yet?!
