I just got this game and trying out the first map. I've been following along the tutorial and I noticed these issue(s) when I got to the part that has me review what structures I can make. I didn't see any other posts on this issue so I assume this is not reported or I'm not seeing it.
In the UI I will refer to the gold icons as "group" and the silver items as "sub-items".
1. Was tricky to re-produce at first but if I was quick enough I found I could get the sub-items to draw lower then they should. If you are dynamically collecting the X/Y of where to draw the sub-items in the UI make sure the group icon has risen first. (2018-01-30 20_54_06-Atomic Society.png & 2018-01-30 21_08_11-Atomic Society.png)
2. Dead spots/dead moments where the UI doesn't mouse over effect. AKA the game doesn't notice/register I've moused over the UI. When the game does not show the mouse effect, clicking on the UI element does nothing. This one is proving to be extremely hard to reliably re-produce. I keep seeing it happen but I can't figure out the use case that causes it. I've seen it do this like 6-12 times in the ~30+ minutes of testing, screenshoting. I was able to screen shot it and even do the after thought of testing whether it was noticing my click. Yet I have to assume what is causing the bug is not something I'm specifically doing. AKA I can't reproduce this error on demand. I can keep floating the mouse over the UI sub-items and I'll see it happen again if I wait long enough.(2018-01-30 21_03_30-Atomic Society.png.png)
Nearly all this testing was done with the game paused since I'm still trying to figure things out.
Encase it is important.
