Hi guys, my names Bob and here's a little bit about myself.
Born and bred in Birmingham U.K and now living in Nottinghamshire. We moved to London in the early 80's where I spent 30 years driving Tube trains for a living. Retired in 2014 and am now a full time carer for the wife. I have always been into gaming and was there for the advent of the first Dungeons and Dragons release here in '75ish. Played all sorts of tabletop both RPG's and board games, not so keen on wargaming though. My favourite all time RPG system was the Chaosium Runequest. NOT the Avalon Hill piece of crap that it became after they bought it. I also like to dabble at writing from time to time and have been told i'm quite good. (Not the opinion of myself or any of my sycophants ) I had a couple of shorts published in some short lived fan zines of the late 70's, but have never found the time to really knuckle down and have a proper crack at it. Ironically now i have the time, i lack the inclination. Ho hum. However i'm having a crack at something for Atomic Society which if you're interested is in a thread called Short Story.
As far as Comp games go, mainly tycoon/building games or anything that doesnt require quick thinking or reflexes as i'm an old git and have none.
Found the fact that Scott met his better half on WoW quite a coincidence as my number 2 son also met his partner on WoW. They now live in Holland as she is Dutch.
Steam profile is Lankhor Mhy and i'm always open to friends requests, send a little message so i know who you are.

Hi there! I'm Khaine, currently 36 and from Liverpool, UK (though not a born-and-bred Scouser. I'm originally from Derby!) I'm also a carer for my disabled wife, so I'm at home a lot, playing games in-between what I need to do, etc. Found Atomic Society because Games4Kickz tweeted about it and I figured it was worth paying for the early access! In terms of games, I tend to prefer 4X, RTS, Survival and RPG, though I do pick up the odd FPS on occasion. Sci-fi and Fantasy are my favourite genres for things like RPG's. In terms of hobbies, I play D&D, Old World of Darkness and BESM with my mates once a week, try to go out to local rock/metal gigs with my wife and I stream on twitch once or twice a week. Also getting back into playing my guitar and coding (I'm actually learning Unity!). Um... I think that's everything.

Howdy, all. Name's Tony and I live in Houston, Texas. Won't tell you how old I am but my first gaming PC was a Commodore 64 with a 1530 Datasette drive. I like all kinds of games; sims, FPS, RPG, 4x,etc., but it's gotta have good single player. Don't care for multi-player games. Other hobbies, music (all kinds), riding my motorcycle, building model kits and the occasional beer with friends. I am also learning Linux. I found Atomic Society by accident, stumbled across a vid on Youtube by British Curmudgeon. Bought the special edition to help out AND get my name immortalized. I like where it is starting, want to see where it goes. And a hat tip and well wishes to both Julian and Bob. I have a close relative in the same situation. Cheers.

Cheers, hello and that kind of stuff.
Name is Andreas but i prefer my long term Online username (it is always the same so it is not hard to find me in Steam)... close internet Buddys are alowed to call me just emy.
I live in Berlin, Germany and i found AS in my Steam Product list a few weeks ago.
Because i know how unforgiving most less patient Steamers are i totally support the decision to stay away from an Early Access at this state.
A tiny bit Backstory of mine:
I was around when EGOSOFT had their catastrophic release of X Rebirth and i am, since then, an active "Bug-hunter" and Modder for that Game. Hence, i made it into their first DLC as an Easter Egg.
I love building self sustaining economies and i love breaking Game Mechanics during that...
Anyways... i hope my bad Print&Scan Founder Mail will be accepted.
Regards all and happy City Foundings.

Gus from Newcastle, England here. Looking forward to the completed release, but I think this game will always have things to add to it after 'completion' - hehe. Superb (music/sound levels) on the intro page using headphones.

I've been watching AS develop for a while now. I like what I see and where it's going so I finally decided to take the plunge as well.
I'm pretty old school. Started gaming with D&D back in the 80s. Helped run a BBS then too. Got into BBS door games and then MUDs. Also did some development myself - MUDs and worked a short stint at Electronic Arts in the 90s. Then 3D cards arrived and the rest is history. So I've been gaming since day one more or less. RPGs are my fave game type and Post-Apoc is my fave genre within that. So as soon I saw AS my curiosity was peaked. Once I put the game through it's paces I'll be back...like a terminator sent from the future.
Cheers Cutter

Hi everybody, I´m José, from Alicante, Spain, 24 years old and I work in private security, I love languages, especially Italian. I think this game has a future and I hope to help in its development and see it finished and that every day more people have the pleasure of enjoying it. I discovered this game in a Youtuber Buck Fernandez video and I did not think about it when buying and supporting it.

Hey all! I'm SD from Texas, US. I saw AS in a discussion about base building games on Reddit, thought it looked cool so hopped over to see more. I watched a couple videos of gameplay and couldn't stop laughing, so I ended up buying it last night. Can't wait to see it grow and get bigger.

Welcome to our little post-apocalyptic family. Thanks so much for supporting the game (and everybody else who has posted in this thread). "I couldn't stop laughing" is a good reason to buy the game in my view, glad our humour aligns.

I've had this game on my Steam wishlist for quite a while. Steam recommended it, while I was looking for something new, due to 'similar' games I play and have played (Banished, Saelig, Legends of Ellaria, among others). While reading the Steam forums I saw people were playing it and wanted to, as well. (Knowing it isn't finished yet). I followed a link to the main website and bought it. I'd only looked at the pictures and read some of what its about. I never watch videos, can't stand watching other people play games, and it's even worse when they talk, lol. I prefer text and pictures So far so good, though. Currently playing a variety of games. This one mostly, at the moment. New and shiny thing. Others are Diablo 3, State of Decay YOSE, Skyrim and Banished.
